At CharlyMall, we prioritize swift and reliable delivery to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Below are the key details regarding our delivery process:

1. Order Processing  

   – Orders placed before 4 PM are packaged the same day and dispatched either that evening or early the next morning. This ensures that customers receive their orders within 24 hours.  

2. Local Pickup Option  

   – If you choose local pickup, please contact us via WhatsApp to schedule a convenient time to receive your order. Currently, we deliver local pickups at RSU Main Gate, as we are working on establishing a physical location.  

3. Pay-on-Delivery Orders  

   – For Pay-on-Delivery (POD) orders, the logistics fee must be prepaid and is non-refundable if the item is rejected upon delivery.  

4. For Dropshippers  

   – Dropshippers should provide their customer’s delivery details during checkout unless they wish to receive the item themselves.  

5. Stockpiling Orders  

   – If you don’t want your order delivered immediately (e.g., if you are stockpiling items), please specify this in the Customer Note section during checkout.  

   – When ready for delivery, include all the relevant Order IDs in the notes of your last order. If no new order is placed, you can select the product labeled “DELIVER MY PRODUCT” and attach the Order IDs in the Customer Note section.
